The Reclaimed Flooring we provide is sourced from a select few mills that provide
only the highest quality products to meet our standards. Reclaimed materials are
recycled beams, joists and siding from old barns and other idle wooden structures.
For flooring these materials are de-nailed, kiln dried, cut into lumber and finally
milled into planking. This reclaimed flooring is both wide planking and has long
lengths.
Antique Oak is our most popular Reclaimed Hardwood Flooring. Other Reclaimed Woods
are Antique Heart Pine, Wormy Chestnut, Hickory, Walnut and other species.
Our reclaimed flooring comes in a variety of textures from the Original Face - heavy
Circle Sawn, to the more polished Resawn planking.
Reclaimed Oak with a 50/50 Hit-Miss Face and Natural Finish
Ward Hardwood is also an excellent source for Reclaimed Beams, Timbers and Siding.
Beams and posts are reclaimed from century old structures and brought in from the
Midwest; along with Antique Barn Siding from carefully dismantling old barns.
These materials qualify for LEED points under the materials and resources category and
are guaranteed to last. Our mills are
FSC certified from the Forest Stewardship Council.
Most of our Reclaimed Flooring is available in an Engineered product.
